These Terms apply to anyone who submits, sends, shares, or proposes content to Dude Universe — including ideas, stories, characters, artwork, comments, or any creative material (“Contributions”).
By submitting any content to Dude Universe, you agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Submissions Only
All contributions are provided voluntarily and without expectation of payment, credit, compensation, or future rights.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not send or submit anything to Dude Universe.
2. No Rights Granted to Contributors
By submitting content, you acknowledge:
- You do not obtain any ownership
- You do not obtain creative rights
- You do not obtain financial rights
- You do not obtain future claims
Dude Universe is a fully protected creative project operated by Zouhair Mahmoud (Digga Dude).
3. Transfer of Rights
By submitting any contribution, you grant Zouhair Mahmoud a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to:
- Use
- Modify
- Edit
- Adapt
- Publish
- Display
- Transform
- or Discard
your submission in any form, for any purpose within the Dude Universe project.
This includes use in:
- Illustrations
- Videos
- Stories
- Websites
- Merchandise (future)
- Social media content
- Any derivative works
4. No Confidentiality
Dude Universe does not accept confidential or proprietary submissions.
Anything you send may be:
- Publicly visible
- Used creatively
- Modified
- Included or not included in future work
Do not submit confidential information.
5. Originality Requirement
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- You are the original creator of the submission
- You are not violating any copyrights
- You are not sending stolen, copied, or restricted material
- You are not using AI images that belong to others unless allowed
You agree that Dude Universe takes no responsibility for verifying the originality of submissions.
6. No Obligation to Use Your Content
Dude Universe may:
- Reject submissions
- Ignore them
- Use them partially
- Modify them heavily
- Or not use them at all
There is no guarantee your contribution will appear in any future content.
7. No Harmful, Illegal, or Offensive Content
Contributors must not submit content that is:
- Harmful
- Abusive
- Hateful
- Violent
- Illegal
- Defamatory
- Adult / explicit
- Targeting real individuals negatively
Dude Universe reserves the right to delete or block any such content.
8. Fictional Universe Only
All contributions must respect the fictional nature of Dude Universe.
No submission should claim:
- Real people are involved
- Real institutions are represented
- Real identities are used without permission
Dude Universe remains a purely fictional environment.
9. No Partnership or Employment
Submitting content does not create:
- A job
- A contract
- A partnership
- Collaboration rights
- Future involvement
Contributors remain independent visitors.
10. Amendments
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued submissions mean you accept the updated terms.
